Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring smooth journeys across multiple time zones and regulatory environments. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution, coordinating flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often working with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document, update and own travel‑related processes, proposing enhancements where needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
