Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of global travel regulations, visa requirements, and cultural nuances to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, health insurance, meals, and car rentals according to budget and policy.
• Prepare cost projections, submit expense reports, and reconcile travel spend.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and government travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency in travel booking platforms and expense management tools (explicit tools not listed).
