Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. This fully remote position requires strong cultural awareness, knowledge of travel regulations, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government agencies.
• Document, update and own travel‑related processes, proposing enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
