Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of travel regulations, visas, and cultural nuances to deliver seamless travel experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and government travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
