Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of global travel regulations, cultural nuances, and visa requirements to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and related services within budget constraints.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and government travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
