Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will leverage your knowledge of global travel regulations, cultural nuances, and logistics to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car rentals, and related services within budget constraints.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay current on passport, visa, and government travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
