Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent you will manage international travel arrangements for BairesDev’s clients and employees. Working fully remote, you will coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, visas and related services while ensuring compliance with diverse travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate travel, accommodation, car hire, meals and health insurance according to budget and policy.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with passport, visa and government travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
