Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

The Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent will manage international travel arrangements for BairesDev’s clients and employees. Working fully remotely, you will ensure seamless travel experiences across multiple time zones, cultures and regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, car rentals, meals and health insurance in line with budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities and propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Good command of English.
