Coordinador de Proyectos – Study Startup

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to lead study startup and site initiation activities for clinical trials. The role involves managing timelines, documentation, and cross‑functional communication from trial award through site activation and final approval.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned study startup projects, maintaining project plans, schedules, milestone tracking and status reporting.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Finance, Clinical Operations, Quality, Principal Investigators, sponsors and CROs to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor pending tasks, resolve issues, and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate and organized project documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in health sciences, administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in clinical research.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English for daily interaction with US teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management and document management systems.
