About the role
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end flow of goods, ensuring that shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution processes run smoothly. The role supports order fulfillment for products and works closely with internal teams to verify that deliveries match purchase orders and invoices.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including checking goods against purchase orders or invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods and handle any discrepancies.
- Package and prepare products for final shipment, applying correct weights and calculating shipping charges.
- Store and distribute products efficiently, supporting order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Reject unsatisfactory items and document reasons for rejection.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and inventory records.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle routine administrative tasks.
