About the role

We are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join a technology‑focused institute that delivers continuous education programs. The role involves shaping curricula, ensuring high‑quality delivery, and aligning offerings with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and update curricular structures for all academic programs.
• Coordinate execution and quality assurance of the educational portfolio.
• Research market trends to propose new courses, certifications, and training programs.
• Provide technical and academic support to the commercial team to align value propositions with client requirements.
• Collaborate with instructors and faculty to guarantee an excellent learning experience.
• Monitor compliance with academic standards and internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Administration, Technology or related fields.
• Preferably a postgraduate degree in Educational Management, Innovation, Technology or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum design, or educational management.
• Familiarity with continuous education, corporate training, or higher‑education institutions.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on innovation.
