Construction Estimator – Masonry (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator specialized in masonry to support civil projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role is fully remote and focuses on take‑offs, calculations, and budgeting using industry‑standard software.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations for construction details.
• Execute material take‑offs and budgets from shop drawings and supplied plans.
• Prepare drawings from sketches and plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the estimating department, prioritizing and assigning projects.
• Calculate project time and cost estimates based on required materials and resources.
• Ensure completed estimates align with customer and project requirements.
• Perform any additional job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• Experience working with stones, stucco, and CMU.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
