Construction Estimator – Masonry

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Estimator with a strong background in masonry, take‑offs, and cost calculations for civil projects. The role is fully remote and focuses on residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations, take‑offs, and budgeting for construction details.
• Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.
• Execute component‑based material take‑offs from shop drawings.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow of the estimating department, prioritizing and assigning projects.
• Calculate project time and budget estimates based on required materials and resources.
• Ensure completed estimates align with customer and project requirements.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong engineering or architectural background with verifiable experience.
• 2+ years experience on residential, commercial, or industrial projects in the US.
• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Professional attitude, ethical behavior, and solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to follow specific instructions when needed.
