About the role
The Commercial Roofing Estimator is responsible for evaluating commercial roofing projects and delivering accurate cost estimates. This role supports the company’s growth by ensuring project bids are precise, competitive, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Assess project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
- Review and adjust estimates based on changes or client feedback.
- Maintain documentation of estimates and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial roofing estimation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical drawings.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret project data accurately.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
