Commercial and Business Internship

About the role

This internship gives you a hands‑on look at how a leading energy company makes commercial and business decisions. You will rotate through Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain functions, working on live projects that directly support the company’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the finance team with global financial reporting and analysis on real‑time projects.
• Assist HR initiatives that enhance talent acquisition, development, and employee experience.
• Contribute to supply chain projects covering procurement, logistics, material management, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business processes and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program relevant to the chosen track (accounting/finance, HR, supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related fields).
• Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in commercial and business operations.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
