Civil Supervisor – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

The company is seeking a Civil Supervisor to lead civil construction activities for oil and gas projects in the eastern region of Ecuador. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination of teams, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of civil works according to drawings, technical specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate and control personnel, contractors and resources assigned to the project.
• Verify compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental standards.
• Monitor physical progress, prepare daily reports and update project documentation.
• Collaborate with other project disciplines to ensure correct execution of all activities.
• Enforce company procedures and technical policies on site.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Supervisor on construction, maintenance or facilities projects in the oil sector.
• Knowledge of earthworks, foundations, concrete and steel structures, and access‑road construction.
• Familiarity with quality, industrial safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate field activities and travel to the eastern region of Ecuador.
• Age between 30 and 50 years.
