About the role
We create high‑quality STEM training data for frontier AI models used by leading AI labs. As a Chemistry Expert – AI Trainer you will design deterministic chemistry problems that challenge modern AI systems with deep reasoning and computational rigor.
Key responsibilities
- Design difficult chemistry problems that reflect real scientific workflows and have a single verifiable correct answer.
- Develop reasoning‑intensive, computationally grounded tasks using Python and domain‑specific chemistry tools.
- Ensure all tasks are reproducible, technically precise, and clearly documented with rigorous English explanations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
- Research or industry experience with computational or quantitative chemistry workflows.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with scientific libraries.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- Use of scientific libraries for computational chemistry.
