Canva User / Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Canva User/Specialist to support AI training initiatives. In this contractor position you will create and manage design assets that help train next‑generation creative AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Use Canva to create, edit, and manage a variety of design assets for AI training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver brand‑consistent materials.
• Document design processes and decisions to aid data annotation and AI training.
• Provide feedback on Canva workflows and usability to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain organized repositories with proper version control for all design files.
• Communicate updates clearly via written and verbal channels.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute to process‑improvement discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Canva experience at a user level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines precisely while applying creativity within set parameters.
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote‑working best practices.
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently.
