Bookkeeper – Hospitality Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in the hospitality industry to manage hotel accounting, daily transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. The role supports leadership in financial operations and works remotely with a required overlap of U.S. Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily hotel accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with leadership to support financial decision‑making.
• Utilize accounting tools such as SAGE, QuickBooks, and Excel; optionally Bill.com or Ramp.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and daily financial operations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST.
