About the role

Join BairesDev as a Blockchain & Distributed Systems Engineer and lead the design, development, and automation of test suites for decentralized Web3 applications and blockchain RPC services. You will act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring reliability and correctness across complex distributed architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive automated test suites covering API, UI, and CLI layers for Web3 applications.
• Test and validate blockchain RPC services and core distributed system components.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in distributed environments, establishing robust testing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in blockchain architecture and distributed systems.
• Proven experience building automated test frameworks for decentralized applications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
