About the role

Join BairesDev as a Blockchain & Distributed Systems Engineer, designing and building automated test suites for decentralized Web3 applications and blockchain RPC services. You will act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring reliability and correctness across the stack while working remotely with a global team of top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive automated test suites across API, UI, and CLI layers for decentralized Web3 applications.
• Test and validate blockchain RPC services and distributed system components.
• Diagnose complex issues in distributed systems and establish effective testing strategies.
• Serve as a quality gatekeeper, guaranteeing system reliability and uptime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in blockchain and distributed systems architecture.
• Proven experience building automated test suites for decentralized applications.
• Deep understanding of Web3 protocols and blockchain RPC services.
• Background diagnosing issues in distributed systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
