Billing Analyst – Billing & Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Analyst to join our team and manage billing operations within our Transportation Management System. The role involves processing invoices, verifying supporting documents, and ensuring timely payments for customers, carriers, and agents while maintaining data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer, carrier, and agent invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Follow up on pending invoices and payment requests.
• Request, collect, and verify Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other supporting documentation.
• Review and process detention, layover, and other accessorial charges.
• Upload invoices and required documents to customer portals and billing platforms.
• Maintain accurate records within the Transportation Management System.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support collections activities and accounting‑related processes.
• Contribute to improving billing efficiency and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounting support, or related roles.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
