Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

Viva is looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a fast‑moving startup executive. The role is fully remote and serves candidates across several Latin American countries, helping the executive stay organized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and reports.
• Conduct data analysis, support project coordination, and facilitate cross‑team communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Project Manager, or a similar role.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• At least one prior role held for a minimum of two years.
• Proactive attitude and comfort working independently.
