Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a fast‑moving startup executive. The role is fully remote and serves companies across Latin America, helping the executive stay organized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
• Conduct data analysis and support project coordination across teams.
• Facilitate internal communication using Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Project Manager or similar.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1 level).
• At least one prior role held for 2+ years.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude.
