Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English B1+)

About the role

At QUIRUCOOR we are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative who can communicate in English (minimum B1) and Spanish to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries through phone, email, chat and other channels, ensuring each interaction is professional, empathetic and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about our services and processes.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM and customer management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (no certificate required).
• Previous experience in customer service, call center or client support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude, positive energy and ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Team player with good organizational and time‑management skills.
