Bilingual Call Center Operator

About the role

BPOAndina is seeking a bilingual Call Center Operator to join its on‑site team in Guayaquil. The role is full‑time and involves rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, to provide high‑quality support to customers in English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer, technical and general inquiries.
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Advanced proficiency in English (must be fluent).

Required skills

• Computer literacy for navigating systems and databases.
