Azure Site Reliability Engineer II – Cloud Operations

About the role

Applaudo is looking for an experienced Azure Site Reliability Engineer II to join its Cloud Operations team. You will design, build, and maintain highly reliable Azure platforms, applying automation and Infrastructure as Code to ensure scalability, security, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage resources using Terraform and IaC practices.
• Monitor environments with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, dashboards, and alerts.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests to maintain platform stability.
• Assist CI/CD pipeline execution and infrastructure deployments via Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Maintain Azure networking components such as VNets, subnets, private endpoints, and DNS zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps or related fields.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience building infrastructure with Terraform.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
