About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Ayudante de Carnicería to join our culinary team in Guayaquil. The role supports the preparation and seasoning of all meat products for airline, industrial, and catering clients, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide and season meat, poultry, and seafood according to client specifications.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the preparation area.
  • Follow company processes to guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production targets.
  • Assist in inventory management and proper storage of raw materials.
