About the role

The company is seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant and Forklift Operator to support daily material handling operations in its Quito facility. The role involves preparing, receiving, storing, and moving goods while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare merchandise according to inventory system locations and requirements.
• Receive raw materials and finished products, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely, preventing damage to goods and equipment.
• Place materials on designated shelves and storage areas following inventory system directions.
• Generate and manage shipping and movement documents (remissions).
• Assist in inventory updates by correctly moving and locating products.
• Maintain proper handling, organization, and preservation of materials in the warehouse.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in warehouse or material handling.
• Familiarity with forklift (montacargas) operation.
