About the role
We are looking for a friendly individual to join our food outlet in Quito as a customer service representative. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent entry‑level opportunity for anyone interested in the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the food outlet.
- Take orders, handle payments and ensure accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Provide information about menu items and promotions.
- Work the scheduled shifts, including weekdays and supplemental Sunday hours to complete an 8‑hour day.
Required profile
- Minimum education: secondary school completion.
- Open to candidates of any age; the vacancy is directed to women.
- Preferably residing in Calderón, Oyacoto or nearby neighborhoods.
- Good personal presentation and communication skills.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills are required.
