About the role

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Assistant to strengthen and sustain our continuous improvement system across aviation and culinary services. In this role you will promote training, implement improvement tools, and support teams in problem‑solving while fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote training and involvement of staff in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement improvement tools and methodologies aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and lead projects that enhance processes in airline, airport, and culinary operations.
• Support various departments in identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and report improvement progress.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize best practices.
