Asistente de Adquisiciones

About the role

We are seeking an Asistente de Adquisiciones to support the purchasing function of our operation. The role involves managing price quotations, order tracking, and logistics coordination to ensure that all materials and packaging arrive at the plant on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Quote and register prices of future purchases (local and international) in the Jireh system based on user requirements.
• Track orders according to specifications, product quality, and user needs.
• Coordinate and manage logistics of purchased goods to guarantee delivery to the plant within agreed timelines.
• Monitor invoices and purchase orders related to acquired merchandise.
• Coordinate and review stock of packaging material based on incoming orders and requests.
• Assist in evaluating packaging material suppliers periodically to approve or reject them.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple orders and logistics activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal users and external suppliers.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory control.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Jireh system for price registration and order tracking.
