About the role

FLEXOR S.A.S is seeking a motivated Commercial Advisor to join its sales team in Quito. The role focuses on driving sales, advising clients, and building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional advice to clients and guide them through product selections.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
• Maintain a customer‑oriented approach, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve results.
• Utilize basic digital tools to manage client information and sales activities.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum).
• At least 4 years of experience in sales or a related commercial role.
• Fluent in English.
• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., office software, CRM basics).
