Asesor de Ventas – Desarrollo de Negocios

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Sales Advisor to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships and drive revenue growth in the Santa Elena area. The role involves the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect new customers.
• Initiate first contact, present proposals and answer client queries.
• Close sales and prepare sales reports for management.
• Attract and qualify new prospects through social‑media communication.
• Coordinate information flow with GPS, legal, accounting and other internal departments to finalize deals.
• Maintain and grow the existing client portfolio, increasing customer loyalty.
• Continuously analyze performance to meet established targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales executive.
• Completed high‑school education (Bachillerato).
• Immediate availability and willingness to work in the Santa Elena zone.
