About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Advisor to join our team in Quito. The role focuses on driving sales, managing client interactions, and overseeing the call‑center operations to ensure high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and improve sales strategies across multiple channels.
- Manage the call‑center team, monitoring performance and ensuring service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales campaigns with customer needs.
- Handle client outreach, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Track sales metrics and report on campaign results.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales advisory and call‑center management.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Goal‑oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Age between 18 and 50 years and basic secondary education.
