About the role

The Credit Rating Analyst is responsible for analyzing credit requests and issuing risk reports for new and existing clients. The role ensures timely and accurate assignment of credit lines, compliance with company policies, and provides reliable information for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze credit applications, evaluating financial statements, payment history and commercial behavior.
• Prepare risk reports that determine credit limits, quotas and conditions according to corporate policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client data in SAP, including limits, conditions and categorisation.
• Perform periodic portfolio maintenance, activate or deactivate client codes, reassign portfolios and update credit scores.
• Coordinate credit insurance coverage with insurers and brokers, record authorized limits in SAP and manage claims, extensions and exceptions.
• Custody physical and digital client files, ensure traceability and regulatory compliance, and generate internal reporting on credit rating and maintenance.
• Support the commercial area with credit limit adjustments, provide training to new staff on credit processes and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related fields (e.g., CPA).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
