Agentic Product Designer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based product design initiatives. You will become an integral part of the client’s design and engineering team, contributing to AI‑native experiences and high‑impact user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with client designers, engineers, product managers, researchers and AI/ML teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design from discovery and research through high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools such as Cloud Cursor to accelerate prototyping, iteration and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure smooth developer handoff and continuous integration/delivery of design assets.
• Identify and solve complex design challenges in large, scalable systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience designing AI‑driven workflows, copilots, or LLM‑based experiences.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments on large, complex systems.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
• Building, scaling and maintaining design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
