Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, high‑quality customer service via phone and online channels.
• Create and publish engaging posts on the company’s social media accounts.
• Record creative videos to promote products and conduct live streaming sessions.
• Manage social media pages, respond to customer inquiries, and monitor community interaction.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and online advertising.

Required profile

• Technical or professional education (minimum technical/professional level).
• Less than one year of work experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking on camera.
• Creative, organized, proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.

Required skills

• Experience managing social media platforms.
