Aftersales Specialist

About the role

The Aftersales Specialist will act as the bridge between GMICA and the dealer network across Colombia, Peru and Chile. Working in a hybrid model, the role focuses on data coordination, market analysis and execution of the parts commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate aftersales data requirements and reporting with dealers, ensuring compliance with GM policies and deadlines.
• Lead monthly market reviews, manage the aftersales marketing budget, support pricing and promotional actions, and develop sales forecasts.
• Monitor wholesale and retail performance using BI and SAP tools, covering orders, billing, back‑orders, pricing, availability, inventory and month‑end sales mix compliance.
• Standardize aftersales processes, manage special projects, and provide Power BI reporting support across the region.
• Execute the parts commercial strategy with assigned distributors, supervise sales and inventory performance, ensure brand‑standard compliance and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Strong digital‑tool proficiency.
• Technical understanding of automotive parts, inventory management, negotiation and KPI management.
• 3+ years of experience in technical, administrative or commercial roles.
• University degree, preferably in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
