About the role

The Account Manager, Global Accounts role offers the chance to manage post‑sales relationships with high‑value restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform. You will help retain and grow our most strategic accounts while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑deal partner management for a portfolio of high‑potential restaurant partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve revenue growth, upsell new features, and ensure high retention.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs to internal teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of the partner landscape and nurture relationships across restaurant organizations.
• Design and lead growth initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally with Uber teams.
• Set, track, and report performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar account‑management or customer‑facing role.
• Data‑driven decision making and solid business judgment.
• Strong project‑management abilities and experience creating joint business plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.
• Proactive, resourceful attitude in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
