Account Executive – Sourcing (Print & Campaign Management)

About the role

The Account Executive, Sourcing will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams and print suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of print and campaign management services. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, managing procurement processes and tracking performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the packaging print process and recommend suitable suppliers and production methods.
• Advise clients on cost‑effective formats and collaborate with account teams, vendors and customers to optimise print projects.
• Negotiate project terms, pricing and specifications with suppliers.
• Manage day‑to‑day print procurement, ensuring on‑time, on‑spec, high‑quality delivery.
• Gather information from clients and suppliers, create detailed print specifications and innovation guidelines.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare monthly/quarterly reports and support QBR data analysis.
• Maintain ordering authorization, billing processes and resolve invoicing issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business sectors and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in print procurement or print management.
• Proven budget management and target achievement.
• Strong negotiation and client‑facing abilities.
• Commercially minded, numerate and resilient, willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment and keep focus on end goals.
• Team player with a positive outlook and strong project‑management focus.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office; Excel preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
