Account Executive – Remote B2B SaaS with Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join 100Hires, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that automates recruiting workflows. This fully remote position will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, showcase the product to prospects, and help scale our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process from discovery to close, delivering live demos and handling objections.
• Conduct deep discovery calls to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and design cold‑outreach sequences to improve conversion.
• Host weekly webinars and create educational videos to support leads and customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably with $1K–$5K ACV.
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Excellent live‑demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases deeply.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
