ABA Operations Manager (Independent Operator)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ABA Operations Manager to lead and improve the operational side of a growing autism therapy practice. This fully remote position requires a self‑starter who can assess current processes, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions without detailed step‑by‑step guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting workflows for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and internal administrative processes.
• Support client intake, insurance verification, and scheduling operations.
• Track credentialing, compliance requirements, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and design improvements.
• Establish clear structures for evolving or undefined processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an ABA or behavioral health organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and follow‑through skills.
