About the role
The 1st Grade Teacher will join Colegio Menor Quito, a private PG‑12 liberal arts school founded in 1995. The school offers an English immersion programme and is built on the principles of goodness, beauty and truth. The teacher will deliver the curriculum to young learners, contributing to the development of intelligent, well‑rounded thinkers, makers and doers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for 1st grade students in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school’s values of goodness, beauty and truth.
- Participate in safeguarding practices and comply with national and international vetting procedures.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Commitment to the welfare and diversity of all pupils, embracing all races, abilities, religions, genders and cultures.
- Willingness to undergo criminal record checks in the country of residence, birth and any other country of residence within the last ten years.
