About the role

NEOHAN GROUP is looking for a motivated departmental sales associate to work on a dedicated island within a commercial center in Quito. The role focuses on promoting Korean skincare and hair‑care brands, delivering personalized advice, and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by recommending products that match their skin and hair needs.
• Provide a friendly, professional, and tailored shopping experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and earn commissions.
• Maintain the island’s visual standards, organization, and overall image.
• Handle inventory, restock merchandise, and support brand promotional activities.
• Participate in product and industry training sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or cosmetics advisory.
• Technical or professional education (e.g., cosmetology, dermocosmetics, beauty).
• Interest or knowledge in trichology and hair‑care.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to meeting commercial goals.
