UX/UI Teaching Expert (Full‑time)

About the role

TripleTen is looking for experienced UX/UI design professionals to join its online bootcamp as full‑time teaching experts. You will guide learners through the fundamentals of user‑centered design, help them build real‑world portfolios, and support their transition into tech careers.

Key responsibilities

• Host live Q&A sessions and lead core lessons on UX/UI topics.
• Provide 1:1 video support to answer questions and review assignments.
• Respond to student inquiries via direct messages and comment threads.
• Review project submissions and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
• Share industry best practices, design thinking methods, and accessibility guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or InVision for prototyping and interaction design.
• Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and building design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and visual design principles.
