About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Auditor to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of its recruitment audits. This fully remote position allows you to work with a global team of top‑tier tech talent while shaping audit standards for high‑impact hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls to standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.
• Provide clear feedback and continuous improvement recommendations for hiring processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles.
• Proven track record auditing senior, specialized, and high‑volume recruitment positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
