Remote Legal Intake Specialist – Personal Injury

About the role

LeVar Law is seeking a compassionate Remote Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective personal injury clients. You will help guide callers through the intake process, ensuring they feel heard and supported while gathering essential case information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Collect detailed information about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and liability.
• Enter and evaluate potential claims in case management and lead tracking systems.
• Schedule consultations and maintain organized attorney calendars.
• Assist clients with intake forms, documentation requests, and case setup.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with firm policies and legal standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service, legal intake, or related experience.
• 1‑2 years of non‑retail sales experience demonstrating persuasive communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a calm, compassionate approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using case management software.
