Remote Entry-Level Software Developer – AI Training Program

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The work is asynchronous and flexible, making it ideal for developers who prefer remote, schedule‑independent assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses across dimensions such as accuracy, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level or senior) with a strong eye for detail.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
