About the role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join a fully remote AI training program serving Latin America. In this project‑based role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The position offers flexible hours and asynchronous work, making it ideal for software engineers looking for a remote, on‑demand opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
